How it works

1. Set flight schedule

Corvus drones scan pallet labels in your racks, avoid no-fly zones, and land on a recharging pad automatically. No human involved. They save progress to continue again later.

2. Compare inventory data

The SKU-location data, stored on your local network, are synced to your WMS. This generates discrepancy reports, with pictures for each slot.

3. Fix errors and save $$$

Your team can true-up physical discrepancies or make adjustments, as often as every shift. This reduces costly write-offs or replenishments.

Why automate cycle counts?

Reduce Inaccuracies

Rectify physical discrepancies every day after flights, instead of trying to figure out what happened months afterward

Stay Compliant

Save a daily digital snapshot of where each pallet is in each facility, with pictures and discrepancy reports logged for auditing purposes

Save Manpower

Decrease accidental human error from manual count teams, while reallocating your hardworking associates to picking and shipping

Case Study

240,000 sf facility with 1,600 SKUs — 3-4% annual write-offs.

Corvus drones helped the facility find $50,000+ of written-off inventory the first day, where some were custom orders with 6-week lead times.

The facility didn't change its infrastructure, improved its processes, and used less than 1 week of IT resources.
